This Policy explains how Datalab Global handles personal data, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Data we collect

Data you provide: email (when you sign up for updates) and the information you type into the simulators. Browsing data: IP address, device type and pages visited, collected in aggregate for security and service improvement.

2. What we use it for

To deliver the tools, answer requests, send communications you asked for, prevent fraud and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Legal bases

We process data based on your consent, on performing the service you requested, on legitimate interest (security and product improvement) and on compliance with legal obligations, as applicable.

4. Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure and tool providers that operate the site, under contract and only as necessary. When you ask to be referred to a partner financial institution, we will share only what is needed for that, with your knowledge.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit and restricted access to data, plus technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk.

6. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion of data processed with consent and withdrawal of consent at any time, through the channels listed in the footer.

7. Retention and cookies

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes described or required by law. We only use cookies and storage that are essential to the site, unless you consent to others.
